Dr. Haley Tate
Dr. Haley Tate is a different kind of dentist. By combining advanced dental technology with a gentle, friendly style, Dr. Tate and his team will make you and your family more comfortable than you ever thought possible.

Dr. Tate is a Maryland native and doctoral graduate of University of Maryland Dental School. He and his wife, Carol, have two children. In his free time he enjoys being active in our local community, including volunteer work at the Mission of Mercy Dental Clinic.

Deborah L. Senn, RDH, BS
Debbie brings over 25 years of clinical practice as a registered dental hygienist to our office. She currently serves as the continuing education coordinator for the Washington Frederick County Dental Hygienist's Association. She earned her degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Debbie is dedicated to learning new techniques and advances in dentistry by enrolling in continuing education courses that enable her to be the best equipped for her patient's needs. Her fields of study include cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, nutrition, pathology, temporal mandibular dysfunction (TMJ) and she has completed the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology Forensic Dentistry Course.
Debbie and her husband have three sons and enjoy living on their small farm in Frederick County, MD.
Linda Feder, Dental Assistant
Linda brings over 20 years of clinical experience in dentistry to our practice and is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She is certified in radiology and brings her expertise to us in the fields of periodontics and endodontics.
Linda has a unique, caring personality that makes every patient feel right at home in our office. She and Dr. Tate work well together to provide our patients with the utmost comfort and excellent dentistry.
Linda and her husband have two grown daughters and a boxer named Mugsy.
Carol Tate, Office Manager
Carol has been involved with Dr. Tate's practice since the doors opened in 1996. She has worn many hats over the years and currently serves as our Office Manager, overseeing the administrative side of the practice.
In her free time Carol enjoys spending time with her family and scrapbooking.
Sandy, Front Office Coordinator
