Dr. Tate is one of the few dentists in our area to have laser technology right here in our office. Use of the laser has many benefits to enhance the comfort of our patients. For example, the laser can be used in many instances that would ordinarily require surgery. Laser procedures are gentler, easier, heal faster and often times, eliminate the need to see a specialist. Dr. Tate is able to make gumlines more aesthetically pleasing, release muscle pulls (tongue ties, frenums), heal apthous ulcers and herpes simples lesions, care of abcesses, exposing slow erupting teeth, taking biopsies and removing growths.
